The engraving would have been passed through the press at a different time to the printing of the text and been bound in the final states of collation and sewing of the gatherings of text. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;Français&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ce portrait montre la richesse, la précision et la qualité de la gravure qui pouvait être produite au XVIIIe siècle.
