Este manifiesto está firmado por el Equipo Poligráfico compuesto por David Alfaro Siqueiros, Lino Enea Spilimbergo, Enrique Lázaro, Juan Carlos Castagnino y Antonio Berni. El mismo describe el uso, en el mural EJERCICIO PLÁSTICO, de nuevas técnicas, nuevos materiales y la metodología de la pintura mural. Asimismo analiza las ramificaciones sociales de la pintura mural desde su concepción ideológica. La obra se define como un ejemplo de "plástica-monumental-fílmica" [arte gigantesco, basado en la fotografía]. Incluso se considera una forma revolucionaria debido a su potente ejecución de tipo documental y al hecho de que el espectador activo participa de la obra.
This manifesto is signed by the Equipo Poligráfico composed of David Alfaro Siqueiros, Lino Enea Spilimbergo, Enrique Lázaro, Juan Carlos Castagnino and Antonio Berni. It describes the use, in the mural EJERCICIO PLÁSTICO, of new techniques, new materials and the methodology of mural painting. It also analyzes the social ramifications of mural painting from its ideological conception. The work is defined as an example of "plastica-monumental-filmica" [gigantic art, based on photography]. It is even considered a revolutionary form due to its powerful documentary-like execution and the fact that the active viewer participates in the work.

Il décrit l'utilisation, dans la peinture murale EJERCICIO PLÁSTICO, de nouvelles techniques, de nouveaux matériaux et de la méthodologie de la peinture murale. Il analyse également les ramifications sociales de la peinture murale à partir de sa conception idéologique.
