"I recalled this - until now unwritten - setting I composed at the keyboard when I was about 16. It was quite impractical to sing as it was in a high-lying C# minor and started on a ridiculous high A! Yesterday I decided to transpose it, write it down with an accompaniment other than that I used with my 16-year old keyboard incorporation of the melody. Here is the result" ("A Birthday").
