Sommes informés par FEA besoin extrêmement pressant mica qu'a industrie anéricain pour les fabrications intéressant directement opérations militaires. Elle insiste en conséquence pour que nous lut livrions les plus grandes quantités possibles de notre production Madagascar.

II Il résulte des chiffres indiqués par FEA que la part de la production que nous désirons conserver aurait été fixée a 200 tonnes en se (5687) basant sur une production annuelle de 600 tonnes.

III D'après renseignements des observateurs alliés sur place, production serait $20^{e}$ tonnes seulement, ce qui fait que notre part absorberait la quasi-totalité et ne laisserait aux Allies (.M. : que) 60 tonnes environ(.)

IV Si nous ne livrons pas davantage, industries guerre devront recourir (5688) a des produits de substitution, ce qui risque d'une part de retarder la fabrication de matériel essentiel pour la conduite de la guerre et d'autre part de créer pour les produits naturels de Madagascar une concurrence dangereuse pour avenir.
