Voici résumé situation le 9 novembre à 12 heures.

I. Au Maroc, sédition étouffée, situation intérieure reprise en main, violents bombardements sur port Casablanca, combat naval dimanche devant Casablanca (pertes) françaises sérieuses. Débarquements ennemis à Safi et Fadhala. Casablanca attaqué par terre. Dans l'ensemble, Maroc se défend énergiquement.

II. Nombreux éléments ennemis (1 of 3 1737/9/11) (10935) débarqués dimanche région Arzew et ouest Oran deux corvettes ennemies coulées, avons perdu un torpilleur et un aviso. Oran encerclé et attaqué lundi.

III. Alger subit violentes attaques navales et aériennes, malgré brillante résistance port et malrauté, troupes débarquées sont pu encercler la ville grâce à dissidence troupes région Blida. (2 of 3 1738/9/11). (10936) La ville est occupée et une suspension d'armes a été signée.

IV. Aucune attaque région Constantine ni en Tunisie.

V. Sauf cas particulier Blida troupes et population font preuve du plus parfait lopeilisme, l'ordre le plus complet règne en France métropolitaine. (3 of 3 1739/9/11).
