Les autorités japonaises ont interné aujourd'hui en concession internationale dans des bâtiments spécialement aménagés environ quatre cent ressortissants anglo-saxons, ... etc. Elles ne donnent pas jusqu'ici de publicité à cette mesure, qui a été prise sur l'ordre de Tokyo, et qui paraît répondre à des décisions similaires prises aux N.U.

Sur quatre cent arrestations, cent six ont eu lieu en concession française.

Nous avions été politiquement prévenus à l'avance, et, comme d'habitude quand il s'agit des ressortissants dits ennemis, nous avons laissé agir la (2152) (gendarmerie) japonaise sans intervention.

Adressé Département, communiqué Tokyo et ...

... que le nombre des internés soit appelé à s'élever dans un avenir plus ou moins prochain. Parmi les personnes arrêtées, figurent la plupart des anglo-saxons les plus connus de la place, directeurs de banques, marchands, etc.
