date, prière de signaler si cet agent est arrivé aux E.U. et, le

Le rôle de M. BAUDET est encore mal défini. Il seconderait,

Le Département d'Etat attacherait du prix tout particulier à ce que M. A NTHUR READ, ancien représentant de la SOUORY VACUUM au Maroc, et qui a joué un rôle important dans la première négociation relative au ravitaillement de l'A.P.M. en produits pétroliers, fât autorisé à se rendre à Casablanca en qualité de "special assistant" auprès du consul des E.C. afin de faciliter l'application du programme trimestriel.

Etant donné l'intérét que la p résence de cet Américain
