Monsieur (DA)LTOW, ancien ministre britannique du blocus a d'ailleurs déclaré que la guerre économique n'est plus une arme contre le Japon et que ce dernier ne pouvait être vaincu que par des victoires militaires. Aussi annonce-t-on que l'Australie a annoncé de commencer à envoyer des ravitaillements aux britanniques de ... sans se préoccuper du fait qu'une partie de ce ravitaillement pourrait passer aux mains (de l'ennemi), celui-ci étant pourvu de tout le ravitaillement dont il a besoin.
