Le Département d'Etat dont nous avions attiré l'attention à plusieurs reprises sur l'intérêt que le gouvernement français attachait au ravitaillement de l'Afrique occidentale française, m'a fait savoir à titre officieux qu'il serait peut-être disposé dans un avenir prochain à reprendre les conversations à cet égard.
Ce ravitaillement fonctionnerait dans les mêmes conditions que celui de l'Afrique du Nord. Le Département d'Etat souhaite connaître.
10 uels produits l'Afrique occidentale française pourrait exporter au cours des trois prochains mois. Ces exportations devraient être (calculées) sur la base de quatre cargaisons d'un volume total approximatif de 25,000 tonnes.
$2^{\circ}$ (Quel est) l'ordre actuel d'urgence des produits ... à importer.
$3^{\circ}$ (2546) Si le gouvernement français serait disposé à autoriser l'envoi en Afrique occidentale française de deux (experts) américains économiques remplir les mêmes fonctions qu'en Afrique du Nord.
