Notre poste ... s'efforce d'améliorer le pouvoir) de ses émetteurs. Il serait souhaitable que de son côté ROANNE pût continuer à lui consacrer exclusivement un de ses agents pendant les quatre heures de la vacation prévue.

Depuis trois semaines les opérateurs interrompent nos émissions pour s'occuper d'autres postes, particulièrement Port-de-France. Les 16 et 17 novembre G.M.T., notre vacation a été réduite à vingt minutes. Le 18 novembre ROANNE a répondu à nos appels avec 2 h. de retard et a déclaré ne pouvoir accepter que les notes de service.

Tous les télégrammes (920) officiels transitent de ... par l'Indochine. Les télégrammes privés ne pouvant plus, par suite d'un accord avec les autorités japonaises, suivre la même voie, subissent des retards de quinze jours qui donnent à nos compatriotes la pénible impression d'une plus grande lointaineté.

Il va sans dire que nous nous sommes pleinement (restreints) sous les difficultés que crée la situation présente et qui interdisent peut-être toute (communication) momentanément.

Si, en raison de ces circonstances, ROANNE ne pouvait apporter à notre poste l'attention que réclame sa menace puissance, nous chercherions à établir une liaison avec tout autre poste qui nous serait désigné. Je signale que notre poste de ... a une bonne liaison avec (le) poste militaire de Vichy.

J'apprends de sources sérieuses que la maison BITAR assure avoir obtenu autorisation exporter sur Antilles françaises pneumatiques fabriqués à Para ainsi que matière pour rechappage, notamment camelback et vulcanite.
