Après accord avec le ministre de l'éducation, la procédure suivante peut être adoptée pour la collation du rang de bachelier.

Le poste auprès duquel existe un centre d'examen propose ... , à l'agrément de l'université dont dépend ce centre, un professeur d'enseignement supérieur français résidant dans le pays même ou dans un pays voisin auquel seront délégués les pouvoirs de vérification des épreuves.

L'agrément de l'université une fois acquis, le (688) professeur désigné procédera à la vérification et conférera officiellement le rang de bachelier.

Pour annoncer l'établissement des diplômes définitivement, le poste transmet au Département un procès-verbal comportant les renseignements d'état civil pour chaque candidat, l'indication de la série d'examen et la mention obtenue ainsi que (la) faculté pour le candidat reçu à la deuxième partie, (de la) date et des (candidate qui) ont subi les épreuves de la première partie.
