Vichy, Maréchal PETAIN et son gouvernement partagent pleinement le désir et l'espoir du président ROOSEVELT de maintenir sans changement la politique actuelle de compréhension qui doit, à leur sens, inspirer les rapports entre la France et les E.U. d'Amérique.
