Emission arrive mieux dans Québec que dans les autres
provinces. Pour la plupart réception satisfaisante, (conditions) bonnes,
émission ...., modulation constante, sonorité musicale (agréable), assez
peu d'interférence et statique. Programmes appréciés par nombreux
auditeurs particulièrement dans le Québec. ....... programme français
par émission en langue étrangère. Mier conférence trop longue.
Communiqué nouveau dans un jour.

Emission sur 25 arrive mieux que sur 31.
Pour éviter ...age intermit(tent) il y aurait intérêt à
diffuser sur ces deux (ondes).

Conditions de l'audition du 14 mai du poste radio-Vichy par
journées (303) belles et humides:- émissions envoyées la journée
audibles, celles de la nuit sont meilleures. Réception Québec 16
heures (émission de 22 heures):- audition satisfaisante, modulation assez
bonne, interférence nulle, sonorité musicale bonne, 19 heures même
observation: 23 heures 45 audition très bonne.

Cet accord représente comme un aboutissement des discussions entreprises par le ... du (blé) de janvier, (mais on) prévoit que les cinq participants réuniront immédiatement cent millions boisseaux de (blé) qui seront répartis quand les circonstances le permettront parmi les populations affamées du monde. Les E.-U. contribuent dès maintenant pour 50 millions ... Canada et Angleterre chacun pour 25 millions. Argentine et Australie sont (exemples) pour l'instant de toute contribution, mais leur aide sera demandée au moment opportun. Le communiqué du Département d'Etat ajoute que cette conférence n'est que (préliminaire) à une convention internationale (2574) du (blé) qui sera tenue après guerre et à laquelle la Russie sera invitée à participer.
