I. Toutes nos demandes antérieures en matière de pneus ont été remplacées par celles contenues dans notre programme de réparations pour camions (voir mon tél. 259° du 16 juin paragraphe 3 A) à savoir 500.000 pneus d'un poids total de 23.836 tonnes. Vous recevrez ce programme incessamment par poste.

II. Je vous rappelle que les commentaires sur les "collègues estimates" (4033) comportent une demande de 600.000 tonnes d'essence pour autos que nous avons réduite à 450.000 quand il est apparu que nous ne pourrions obtenir qu'une petite quantité de camions neufs au lieu des 100.000 que nous avions demandés additionnellement.

III. J'ai présenté, joint à la demande de 300.000 pneus une demande de 1.104 tonnes de produits pour rechapage et réparations de pneus plus une demande de 9.570 tonnes d'accessoires, pièces détachées, outillage et matériel.

NONENT a accepté à Alger une note de CHANENAT au sujet conver-
sations que lui et nous avons eues avec les Américains et les Anglais
relatives aux programmes production et importation de phosphates 44-48 et
45-46. Le sous-comité des engrais établi par le Combined Board pour étudier
cette question a présenté la rédaction de ce rapport remettant les recom-
mandations suivantes:

I Un tonnage (4018) de 5 millions à 5.500.000 tonnes en prove-
nance d'A.F.N. pourra être techniquement utilisé pour répondre aux besoins
des pays alliés libérés et neutres au cours de la campagne de 46.

II La production de ce tonnage implique: ouverture recette no 2
à ... L'houringha, fourniture de wagons pour maintenir la capacité ferroviai-
re Sfax ... à 2 millions de tonnes fourniture de matériel pour la zone de
Tébessa avait été nouvellement (attribuée) à Casablanca.

III .U. afin d'assurer embarquement à Sfax de 2 millions de tonnes
(4019) soit utilisation des bateaux de 0.000 tonnes maximum soit ... le .U.
afin de pouvoir charger de plus gros bateaux.

IV Le recrutement de 4.300 indigènes et 250 Européens devra être
prévu pour exécution de ce programme.

V .U. que les gouvernements alliés considèrent la possibilité
d'augmenter les rations de (coton) nulle, savon etc. que le C.P.L.N. se
chargerait de répartir parmi la main-d'oeuvre (4020) phosphatière.

VI .U. également augmenter la capacité d'énergie électrique à 85ne.

VII Il serait nécessaire d'être assuré de la fourniture de bois de
mine. D'autre part le N.A.F.B. a envoyé d'alger un télégraphe défavorable au

importait ce matériel, de nombreux obstacles s'opposeraient à l'augmentation

A) Un corps d'armée (le cinquième) à trois divisions, (20924) deux brigades blindées dont un régiment d'Ankara et des unités d'aviation, dans la partie comprise entre Edirne et Tchernou;

B) Une division sur la ligne de Gallipoli où il existe déjà un corps d'armée.

Le dispositif de la Thrace comprendra ainsi désormais:

M. MIKOLACZYK a exprimé son espoir d'arriver à un accord avec Gouvernement soviétique, en raison, d'une part de la collaboration efficace établie entre l'armée rouge et la résistance polonaise dans les (21346) territoires libérés à l'est de la ligne CUREON, d'autre part du sentiment national très profond animant la majorité des membres de l'Union des Patriotes polonais à Moscou.

ROGREYELT aurait réservé un accueil très favorable à M. MIKOLACZYK et se serait déclaré d'accord avec (21347) lui pour ajourner à la fin de la guerre un règlement de la question des frontières, le chef du Gouvernement polonais préconisant l'établissement d'une ligne provisoire de démarcation administrative qui laisserait Vilno et Leow du côté polonais.
