A la suite des vives représentations de l'Ambasadeur russe à propos des violentes attaques de la presse réactionnaire dont il a été objet, et agissant sous la pression de LOMMARIO TOLERANO, des groupes syndicalistes, et de l'opinion publique, le Président de la République a interdit la semaine dernière toutes réunions sinarquistes (336) et a ordonné des poursuites contre la journalité et a ordonné des poursuites contre la journalité.

A diverses reprises, et notamment au cours des séances des 13 et 27 juin, dont les procès-verbaux vous seront envoyés, le conseil français des approvisionnements a étudié cette question. Deux cas sont considérés:

I. Nous avons prévu pour les achats "cash", un questionnaire à remettre aux fournisseurs, qui doit nous permettre d'obtenir (4052) la documentation nécessaire sur l'agent et le montant des commissions. Dès que, grâce à ce mécanisme, nous commencerons à posséder des informations intéressantes, nous ferons des propositions pour trouver une solution pratique, en tenant compte de vos observations.

Je viens de recevoir d'alger un télégramme m'indiquant que l'invitation officielle adressée par le Gouvernement canadien au Général DE GAULLE n'a pu être remise à celui-ci avant son départ pour les E.U. en raison retard de transmission. D'après (485) ce télégramme, les dates du 10 et du 11 juillet sont acceptées pour le séjour du Général au Canada. Ceci est en contradiction avec une information que J. le Gouvernement canadien a reçu de matin de son ambassade à Washington, à savoir que le Général DE GAULLE ne pourrait arriver à Ottawa que le 11 dans la matinée. Je vous serais reconnaissant (486 missing) que le Chef du Gouvernement, fut disposer de quelques heures le lendemain pour se rendre à Montréal et y apparaître en public aux environs de J. M. DURNEY a dû indiquer au chef du ministère du Général les dispositions que le Gouvernement provincial a envisagées en vue de la réception à Montréal.

Aucun commentaire n'a paru jusqu'ici dans la presse brésilienne sur le voyage du Général DE GARLLE aux E.U., pas plus que sur les récents accords interveus à Londres entre le Gouvernement britannique et le Gouvernement Français. Les télégrames annongent le voyage du Président du Gouvernement Provisoire et les accords de Londres n'ont même été publiés que dans quelques journaux.

Pourtant la presse brésilienne nous prodigue habituellement ses sympathies. Elle a presque unanimement applaudi à l'exécution de PHILIPPE MENRIOT Ministre de la Propagande de Vichy.

I: soit appliqué tarif du tableau FI au paiement de tous arrérages dus depuis ler novembre 42.

II: soit appliqué à tous allocataires la réglementation de 1939 jusqu'à 24 janvier 1944, et la réglementation du tableau FI postérieur à cette date. Prise d'abri instructions d'urgence.
