Le 29 septembre a eu lieu très favorable hommage des Espagnols de Mexico à la France. Tous les groupements politiques participaient.

Devant environ 2.000 personnes hommes, etc. (.W.) fut prononcé par le Docteur ... EMANUEL MAREUZ. Ensuite Sous-Secrétaire d'Etat Intérieur représentant le Président de la République fit discours où il affirma que le (12) Mexique considérerait comme son triomphe propre jour prochain où la France reprendrait place qui lui est due parmi Grandes Puissances.

Le président de la commission des Affaires étrangères de la Chambre, l'Ambassadeur de Russie, et l'Ambassadeur de Colombie prirent également la parole. Je (13) vous adresse par poste le texte de mon discours dans lequel j'ai évité les déclarations de guerre du genre de celles de VABSE et de RIVET que les Espagnols désiraient .U.er par leurs manifestations d'union.
