Vous enjoignons demeurer au poste auquel vous avez été affecté. Avons soumis entre-temps au Ministre responsable votre demande de résilier l'engagement pour être employé au Canada."

Vous prions intervenir (18) auprès autorités immigration au Canada pour rappeler accord allié par lequel chaque gouvernement s'est interdit d'utiliser marins ou officiers d'une nation sans accord de cette dernière et informer autorités responsables que mettrons opposition au débarquement SEHIER et à son utilisation au Canada. Si SEHIER est inutilisable à bord MAURIENNE il doit être renvoyé Grande-Bretagne pour être remis notre disposition.
