Prière d'intervenir auprès autorités fédérales en vue obtenir visa entrée pour le Commandant PAUL WEIL, le Médecin Capitaine JOSE ABOULKER et le Capitaine JEAN PIERRE ROSEN. J. qui se rendent à New-York pour participer aux travaux du Congrès mondial juif. Ces officiers sont munis d'ordres de mission du Ministre de la Guerre avec priorité no 1. Le Congrès commençant le 11 novembre, je vous prie de faire (impossible) pour que l'autorisation demandée soit accordée dans le plus bref délai. Le consul général des États-Unis à Paris a d'ailleurs télégraphié à ce sujet au Département d'État.
