La reconnaissance du Gouvernement provisoire
le conduit à procéder à un remaniement d'ensemble de sa
représentation diplomatique. Dans le cadre de cette
réorganisation il a fait choix pour l'Ambassadeur à
Washington de M. HENRI BOSNET ancien Commissaire à
l'Information à Alger et a décidé de vous appeler à d'autres
fonctions.

Je vous serais obligé (2806) de demander
d'urgence au Gouvernement auprès duquel vous êtes accrédité
son agrément à la désignation de M. HENRI BOSNET comme
Ambassadeur de France aux Etats-Unis. En vous demandant
de faire cette démarche je tiens à vous dire combien le
Gouvernement a apprécié les services qu'on votre qualité
de délégué à Washington vous avez rendu à la cause française.
