En réponse à votre télégramme du 9&lt;sup&gt;e&lt;/sup&gt; de ce mois le journal "Novoye Russkoye Slovo" a eu depuis armistice excellente attitude à notre égard. En ce qui concerne la personnalité de M. KONECKI les renseignements recueillis sont si contradictoires qu'ils ne m'est pas possible d'ici de formuler une opinion à son égard.
