1) En dehors des communications officielles qui pourraient lui être faites par les Gouvernements britannique et américain, le Gouvernement soviétique est régulièrement informé de la marche de la conférence par les télégrammes très documentés (que lui) adressent deux représentants de l'agence TASS.

2) Il me revient de bonnes sources que le Gouvernement soviétique aurait invité à Moscou le Président de la TRANSCONTINENTAL AND WESTERN AIR.
