J'ai remis à M. SERRATO la lettre demandant l'agrément pour M. GRANDIN DE L'EPREVIER. Maintenant que la France est presque libérée, que le Gouvernement Provisoire a été reconnu par les grands Etats et a été introduit dans les commissions internationales, mon intention était précisément de vous demander d'ici quelques semaines de me confier au Département un poste de mon grade. J'ajoute que j'ai fait toute ma carrière avant la guerre en Allemagne (12 ans) Pologne (9 ans) Suisse (6 ans) et la Hollande (2 ans). Je vous serais donc reconnaissant de me donner une affectation au Département où j'ai d'ailleurs été chargé de la .U. direction des unions internationales jusqu'à mon passage à Londres en novembre 1941.
