Je comprends que les anglais et canadiens auraient cédé sur la question des quotas nationaux. Ceci me semble en contradiction avec l'acceptation par les américains:

I d'un certain quota pour les pays ex-occupés avant que la concurrence atteigne sa pleine liberté;

II d'un trafic minimum en faveur des aviations qui ne seraient pas à même de soutenir la (3097) concurrence.

Cette proposition semble signifier que toutes les autres nations sauf l'Amérique bénéficieraient d'une attribution de quotas. Si cette solution était retenue la France qui est une nation ex-occupée et dont l'aviation nationale n'est pas à même de soutenir la concurrence devrait bénéficier d'une attribution de quota.

Prière de me faire savoir:
(3098) I en quoi consisterait ce quota;
II si les comendes d'appareils que nous avons passées nous permettront de l'utiliser;

III pendant combien de temps pourrons-nous bénéficier de ce quota et à quel moment s'effectuera le retour au régime de la libre concurrence?
