Mr. reférant à mon telégremme no 311 à la date
du 29 novembre, je vous informe que le Ministre de
1'Economie nationale et MONNET ont décidé envoyer sans plus tarde
à Washington M. KAPLAN qui doit participer aux négociations qu'y conduira MONNET. Je vous serais en conséquence reconnaissant (3939) intervenir auprès autorités américaines compétentes pour que soit délivré à M. KAPLAN visa nécessaire à l'entrée sur territoire des Etats-Unis. J'attire votre attention sur le fait que MONNET doit arriver à Washington dans quelques jours et qu'il est donc (3940) extrêmement urgent que les autorisations soient accordées à M. KAPLAN le plus tôt possible. Indications concernant M. KAPLAN: Capitaine LEON BENJAMIN KAPLAN né le 10 octobre 1904 à Vailue-sur-Aisne, secrétaire général du Conseil français des Approvisionnements à Washington.
