Suite à votre **télégraphe du 28 octobre relatif aux annuations du contrôle d'achat de cigarettes** passée au Canada. Après un nouveau examen de cette affaire il n'a pas paru possible de revenir sur la commande passée au mois de juin 44 par le représentant à Londres du Ministère des Prisonniers. Veuillez faire savoir au fabricant que livraisons une prise de la totalité des cigarettes commandées.
