I Mon télégramme no 1919 en clair reproduit
mon télégramme de presse no 159 envoyé le 7 novembre à
EXTINFOR. Il contient toute la substance des déclarations
de M. DUNCAN concernant la situation de l'outillage agricole
en France telles qu'elles ont été reproduites par une
dépêche de l'agence "GANADIAN PRESS" de Londres.

II J'ai (894) posé souvent la question et en l'absence
de réponse je continue à considérer que le ... ... communication
de tous les télégrammes de presse expédiés par mon service
d'information ainsi que des dépêches du correspondant de
l'agence française de (.M.) à Ottawa.
