Je désirerais savoir si M. TIME ne doit survenir à Beyrouth, (295) et, de cette hypothèse, les motifs de cette décision. En effet, il me serait utile d'avoir à ma disposition M. TIME qui connaît les questions musulmanes.

Je tiens à vous rappeler d'ailleurs que M. OSTRONGO, qui vient de quitter Alger, doit vous entretenir des questions de personnel au Levant.
