II. Les prisonniers allemands continueront à être traités suivant les (4327) conventions de Genteu.

III. Les criminels de guerre nazis seront jugés conformément procédures qui seront établies collectivement par les pays victimes de leurs atrocités.

IV. La justice française, suivre librement son cours contre ceux de ses ressortissants qui ont trahi les intérêts du pays.
