A l'appui de la démarche prescrite dans mon télégramme du 25 novembre, je vous prie de faire valoir que la misc on PASTEUR VALLENY-RADOT n'a aucun caractére politique. Elle a un double but:

I reprendre des contacts spirituels et culturels qui ont été interrompus depuis l'occupation et, comme sa composition l'indique, d'apporter aux (4289) peuples de l'Amérique latine un témoignage de ce qui a été, depuis juin 1940, la résistance du peuple français.

II apporter aux collectivités frangaises répandues sur tout le continent, et qui, groupées (autour) des comités Franes Libre, ont appuyé efficacement l'action du Général DE GALLS, un message de la métropole, a la libération de laquelle elles ont contribué.
