I. Il convient que le Ministre compétent soit saisi des demandes d'ordre de mission ou autorisation ministérielle, directement par vous-meme et sans passer par le Département.
II. Sauf pour les Français à rapatrier ou les cas exceptionnels, les formulaires ne doivent m'être envoyés qu'après que vous aurez été (.M.) de l'octroi de l'ordre mission et d'autorisation ministérielle. (Pour Londres: prière de transmettre à Reykjavik).
