MORÉA est nommé consul de la République dominicaine à Fort-de-France.
Il avait déjà occupé plusieurs postes dont celui d'attaché au secrétaire d'état du Président de la République. Agé de 30 ans et d'extérieur sympathique, il (est) le fils du dernier directeur du -U. français. Il a épousé l'une des filles de M. TRONCOSO DE LA CONCHA, président du sénat dominicain (103) ancien président de la République ad interim qui est très bien. Deux enfants. J'ai communiqué affaires étrangères la demande d'exequatur et vous informerel des décisions prises.
