L'annonce de la signature a Moscou d'un traité d'allianc. entre la rance et l'U.R.S.S. n'a encore provoqué on Colombia ausune réaction digne d'étre mentionnée. Le joumal du matin "Liberal" déduit cependant de cet evenement, que la France a rapidement repris la première place dans les affaires européennes. J'ajoute que l'A.F. ou du nême son représentant a Moscou, M. DANIEL DE LUCE, montre a notre égard des tendances nettement plus favorables que les correspondants de l'U.F.
