Les industries françaises ont reçu en octobre des instructions pour mettre à la disposition des autorités alliées tous les renseignements qu'ils possèdent sur la technique de mise en œuvre du caoutchouc synthétique ... . Une mission technique alliée s'est rendue récemment en France et a recueilli (5124) auprès de nos industries tous les renseignements désirables qu'elle a dû consigner dans un rapport qu'elle destinait à ses gouvernements respectifs. Ministre de la Production industrielle prépare un rapport d'ensemble sur la question et le fera parvenir aux gouvernements anglais et américain dès sa rédaction, soit dans un délai d'un mois environ.
