Les Canadiens m'informent que le "BOUNT GRPORD" chargé de
blé canadiens pour Afrique Nord en destination Casablanca, aurait été envoyé sur 50 me et 3.000 tonnes devraient être déchargées sans autre indication sur port de déchargement de la balance de sa cargaison.
A) Les Canadiens désirent savoir pourquoi se (7386) ... navire a été détourné.
B) Nous ayant posé la question sur port de déchargement du réliquat, nous leur avons conseillé de télégraphier au capitaine du bateau et de se mettre en communication avec le secrétaire général en Afrique Nord.

Je vous donne ses informations afin:
I que vous intervenles pour informer le navire sur sa destination;

II que vous me fassiez connaître les éléments me permettant de donner une explication sur le détournement aux Canadians.
