M. RAYMOND DERRETT qui semble appartenir au secrétariat de l'INSTITUT DES RELATIONS PACIFICUES de New York, a demandé par télégramme adressé à M. NAGGIAR que ce dernier ainsi que M. DERRERY et M. BURRAY acceptent tournés trois semaines de conférences après clôture du congrès de Hot Springs. Je vous prie de lui faire savoir (5276) ce qui suit:
I. M. DERRERY ne pourra pas faire partie de la délégation française.
II. Je préviens M. BURRAY qui de Londres fera connaître sa réponse.
III. Sous réserve de son accord sur modalités de conférences et lours sujets, M. NAGGIAR accepte en principe mais ne peut s'engager pour trois semaines.
