Il a été convenu que M. MONNET traiterait, pendant son séjour, de notre participation aux Combined Boards. Nous comprenons que notre participation soit limites pour le moment à notre rôle de producteur. C'est à ce titre que nous participons aux comités des corps gras, du cacao, du café et des épices du Combined Food Board et que nous avions été également appelés à participer au comité des (5296) phosphates. Le Gouvernement considère que pour les mêmes raisons nous devons faire partie du comité des sucres. Sous serons également appelés à demander notre participation au Petroleum Board (pour) des motifs qui vous seront exposés dans un télégramme spécial relatif pétrole. Veuillez communiquer télégramme à M. MONNET.
