Notre Ambassadeur à Londres vient d'effectuer au Foreign Office la démarche que je lui avais presorite à la réception du télégramme no 500 de M. CLARAC. En raison de l'amélioration de la situation militaire en Chine méridionale, le Foreign Office n'envisage pas (5667) évacuation Tchoung-king et télégraphie dans ce sens à son Ambassadeur en Chine. De toutes les façons si l'éventualité d'une évacuation se présentait à nouveau, Sir HORACE SEYMOUR qui va recevoir des instructions à cet effet se tiendrait en contact avec vous.
