De conversations au Ministere des Affaires étrangères
je recueille impression d'une certaine mauvaise humeur a l'égard de la réunion projetée de Mexico. On prétend y voir une atteinte a l'unité panaméricaine. Le Gouvernement chilien n'en est pas moins décidé a y participer mais sa préoccupation cominente semble être le régloment de la question argentine. On se montre en général plutôt confiant quant a ce régloment. On estime que le temps travalle pour Argentine et qu'il s'accomplit dans plusieurs pays une évolution qui lui est favorable. Mais on redoute que quelque initiative soudaine du Gouvernement argentin ne vienne compromettre cette évolution.
