Le commentaire de la NAGION au sujet de la résolution de l'Union paraméricaine, est significatif: "Il existe la conviction que les difficultés actuelles contiennent au bloc américain sans fissures ne se prolongeront pas indériaisement et que les liens entre les pays américains se rétabliront vigoureusement". (22) La NAGION reflète le sentiment des milieux africains qui comptent sur les bons (M. offices) de plusieurs gouvernements latino-américains qui déclarent ouvertement: "La République argentine doit s'entendre d'une manière ou autre pour faciliter la solution de la crise".
