I. Une déclaration de TAO KIM NAI souhaitant un gouvernement autonome pour Indochine.

II. Une déclaration de M. NAGGIAR sur les buts de la politique française en Indochine; administration des Indes chinoises par élimination dans le cadre de la communauté française, déclaration semblable du Prince RISORAT, et note de la délégation anglaise (506) faisant état des projets exposés par M. NAGGIAR.

III. Déclaration du Ministre de la Thatland libre tendant à soumettre la question de la frontière avec Indochine à un arbitrage international, réponse de M. NAGGIAR.

IV. Proposition tendant à créer un comité international d'(6 groupes d'attende) commission des mandats.

C'est sur cette dernière information que des réserves devraient être formulées.
