**L'INTERVIEW** reports that the new Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Argentine Government may be **PORUETA COSTA**, who would be useful internationally but might not want to collaborate with **PERON**.

He has the impression from private conversations that most of the South American countries are anxious for the Argentine question to be settled at the Mexico City conference even although it is not officially on the agenda.
