Les services compétents estiment qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de proposer d'inscrire sur la liste noire française les maisons de Cuba ayant fait objet de cette mesure de la part des autorités anglaises et américaines.

Plusieurs des maisons en question figurent déjà sur notre liste officielle d'ennemis. Celles qui seront reprises dans la dernière addition aux listes américaines et anglaises seront inscrites également sur la liste française dans les suppléments qui paraîtront prochainement.
