CATROUX reports that his information on French prisoner-of-war camps in Poland is still fragmentary. He thinks that Odessa will remain for a long time the only convenient centre for bilateral repatriation.
The Soviet authorities are not willing to have p/o/w supplies dropped in Poland by French planes, so as an alternative CATROUX wants to get BEYNET, in Beirut, to send supplies to Moscow by plane. They can then be sent by rail into Poland.
