This is the last, semi-unreadable part of a three-part message, dealing with the Soviet attitude at San Francisco. The writer remarks that the Russians had no illusions about the practical results which could be obtained by taking a stand on a certain matter (presumably the admission of Argentina), but wished to give it the widest publicity. They succeeded in this, and benefited by a widespread movement of (sympathy?).
