Les raisons invoquées par les services financiers me paraissent de nature à maintenir modus vivendi actuellement en vigueur. Il y aurait toutefois lieu de le modifier au cas où controle financier américain entraverait votre action intellectuelle ou exigerait la (7739) communication de détails d'ordre confidentiel.

Je vous confirme done modification qui doit être apportée à mon telègramme 484 et à la lettre siroulaire concernant comptabilité des fonds mis à votre disposition au titre des oeuvres. Il est bien entendu (7740) jusqu'à nouvel avis, que les fonds en question ne seront pas pris s'ils sont comptés par la chancellerie et que prélèvements ne seyont pas effectués sur l'ensalisse. Ils n'en feront pas moins objet du compte particulier (mentionné) dans ma correspondance.
