télégramme $66^{x x}$.
Afin de me permettre de répondre aux questions qui me sont posées tant par les comités français que par les organisations canadiennes, je serais reconnaissant à V.E. vouloir bien me faire savoir:
I. Si le Comité de Coordination des Croix-Rouge françaises des territoires libérés a déjà commencé à fonctionner et si les (356) secours en (provenance) du Canada peuvent des maintenant lui être adressés.
II. Si ce comité assure également la réception et la distribution des dons destinés à nos troupes en Italie et en Corse ainsi qu'aux populations civiles d'Afrique du Nord.
