Je me réfère à mon $125^{x}$ et crois devoir vous donner les indications supplémentaires suivantes qui résultent d'un second entretien au Département d'Etat auquel assistait M. HAROLD JOHNSON.

Nos interlocuteurs ont insisté sur le point qu'ils estiment que l'accord sur le troc du sucre est acquitté à la suite (3404) des conversations et ... qui ont eu lieu à Alger et notamment sur la base de la lettre de QUEVILLE du 18 mars 1944 et des assurances formelles qui ( $i^{\prime}$ )ont accompagnés.

Je vous renouvelle à ce sujet ma demande relative à votre interprétation de cette correspondance et vous prie de me préciser également comment nous devons interpréter les termes du télégramme 187AE des colonies.
