The Commissariat for Prisoners of War has received information from its representative in London, N. FORESTIER, that an order for Canadian cigarettes has been placed, at the price of $2.75 a thousand. They are to be sent through the International Red Cross and must not bear any mention of the P.C.S.L.

Algiers wants to know if NONNEAU knows of this order, and if so, more details about the negotiations.
