Concerning purchases of powdered scilla by UNRRA for Egypt, Algiers points out that the entire Algerian production goes to the U.K. and the U.S.A., but that it would be possible to export 15 tons a month from Morocco and 10 tons a month from Tunisia.

Henceforth all Information personnel will be recruited locally. M. HENRI SONNET suggests that Madame CHABAS be sent in some other capacity.
