Je vous ai fait savoir que M. LEITAO DA CUNHA quitterait prochainement Alger pour Rome. Selon des informations qui ne sont pas encore officielles, consulat général du Brésil à Rome va être couvert et aura pour titulaire M. NARRAL COSTA assisté de MM. NOGUSIRA PORTO et GUROEL VALENTEN consuls.

M. BARRETO LEITE FILHO envoyé spécial du groupe de journaux "DIARIOS ASSOCIADOS" résidant habituellement à Alger (376) insiste dans une série d'articles envoyés de Rome sur la nécessité de ne pas négliger la représentation des intérêts brésiliens dans la (péninsule). Il conseille en même temps aux autorités de son pays de "reconnaître le C.F.L.N. comme Gouvernement Provisoire."
